#TUROMASTECHNOLOGY<\/p>\n

Die Oberfl\u00e4che der Schneidetische von Turomas, wie auch die der anderen Hersteller, wurde haupts\u00e4chlich aus Holz gefertigt. Holz ist ein lebendes Material, das sich bei K\u00e4lte, Hitze und vor allem bei Feuchtigkeit ver\u00e4ndert. Die Verformung, die es bei der Aufnahme von Feuchtigkeit erf\u00e4hrt, beeintr\u00e4chtigt direkt den optimalen Glasschnitt.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die unerm\u00fcdliche Suche nach einer au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Schnittqualit\u00e4t motivierte das Redesign der Tische: Das Holz wurde vollst\u00e4ndig aus dem Bereich entfernt, in dem das Glas unterst\u00fctzt wird, und durch Aluminium ersetzt. Eine Ma\u00dfnahme, die die Stabilit\u00e4t der Struktur verbesserte.<\/p>\n

Auf das Aluminium wird ein phenolisches Material aufgetragen. Der Schneidbalken richtet diese Beschichtung auf seinem Weg aus, um Wellen zu beseitigen und eine Planimetrietoleranz mit perfektem Parallellismus zwischen dem Tisch und dem Schneidwerkzeug zu erreichen. Auf diese Weise sind Stabilit\u00e4t und Pr\u00e4zision beim Ritzeln und Schneiden garantiert, was f\u00fcr Glas mit geringem Gewicht unerl\u00e4sslich ist.<\/p>\n

Das phenolische Material ist zudem hochresistent gegen Wasser, Feuchtigkeit, hohe Dampftemperaturen, viele Chemikalien und wenig anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den durch St\u00f6\u00dfe und Biegung.<\/p>\n

Die Kombination aus Aluminium und phenolischem Panel bietet zwei weitere Vorteile. Einerseits die Einfachheit beim Austausch eines Teppichs durch einen anderen. Andererseits die sofortige Luftabgabe zur Tischoberfl\u00e4che, da die Porosit\u00e4t des Holzes den Luftstromverlust verursachte.<\/p>\n

Das TFS-System f\u00fcr fortschrittliche Planimetrie, in Verbindung mit dem patentierten Schneidwerkzeug 4-Tool<\/a>, erm\u00f6glicht einen makellosen Schnitt von 2 bis 25 Millimetern sowie langlebige Maschinen, die widerstandsf\u00e4hig gegen\u00fcber \u00e4u\u00dferen Bedingungen sind.
