Specifically, an <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.turomas.com\/maquinaria\/almacenes-inteligentes\/la\/#LA-06\">LA-06<\/a><\/strong> intelligent overhead loading system has been installed, along with two automatic sorting systems <strong>SC-06<\/strong> with a total capacity of 576 tons distributed across 76 positions. Our commitment to enhancing the production chain and reorganizing the factory led us to contact TUROMAS to bring our project to life.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>TUROMAS provides us with precise machines that improve workflow efficiency and reduce processing times. These are high-performance machines that fully meet our operational needs.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Which TUROMAS machines have been installed? Why are they the best solution for Vidres Ponent? What would you highlight?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>At Vidres Ponent, we currently operate three TUROMAS systems:<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><em>LA-06 Intelligent Loader<\/em><\/strong><em>:<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>This system significantly reduces loading times by efficiently feeding glass sheets to the cutting tables, optimizing production and minimizing idle time.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We highlight its organizational capacity, allowing us to store more material in less space. Specifically, we have reduced storage surface by 1,000 square meters thanks to the installation of two SC-06 automatic sorting systems with a total capacity of 576 tons of jumbo glass distributed
