Al-Andalus Glass, a company belonging to Al-Andalus Holding Co., has just completed the renovation and expansion process of one of its main glass processing facilities in Riyadh. TUROMAS has worked hand in hand with Engineer Amir K. Abdullatif, General Manager of Al-Andalus Glass, designing and developing high-efficiency storage, loading, and cutting machinery tailored to the specific needs of the company. The solution consists of an SR-7 smart warehouse (In the [Al-Andalus Glass] section), which can store DLF, Jumbo, or Jumbo+ (7 meters) glass, fully automating its loading and cutting on a RUBI 516C high-performance table (In the [Al-Andalus Glass] section) equipped with the 4-TOOL system, a stripping system for Low-E glass, and a part labeler—all integrated with production management and optimization ERP through Industry 4.0 compatible software.
