When can I use it?
The service is available outside normal business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:30 GMT +1), Saturdays and public holidays as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 17:30 to 21:00
- Saturdays: 08:00 to 14:00
- Company holidays and non-national holidays: 08:00 to 21:00
- No service on Sundays and national holidays
