Allows glass to be loaded and unloaded onto the table quickly and safely using four tilting arms. Their smooth and progressive movement is controlled by sections with an inclinometer, frequency variator and hydraulic unit, while the integrated retractable supports facilitate transfer to clamps or other handling systems, optimising efficiency and operator safety.

TUROMAS cutting tables prevent contact with the top layer of the glass to preserve its Low-E properties. They incorporate a high-performance grinding wheel with automatic pressure control for precise layer removal, self-sharpening and an integrated waste extraction system.

Enables highly precise straight and balustrade cuts in laminated glass. Uses automatic mechanical stops to position and square the piece without additional tools, maximising use of the glass length and minimising potential errors.

TUROMAS has developed a push-and-pull positioning system that automates the entire sequence of loading, positioning, cutting and unloading the glass, together with the measuring carriage and MCC belts. The cutting table features automatic stops that precisely position the glass and retract after each operation to avoid interference with subsequent processes.

Increases productivity: while the operator separates the cut glass, the machine continues to score the next piece. It has a controller to adjust the switch-on time and is automatically hidden when the operation is complete.
