It enables full automation of the production sequence, eliminating operator intervention in work order selection and load sequence scheduling processes, allowing improved predictability of production cycle execution and eliminating uncertainties.
The application collects production planning information generated by the optimisation software and, according to the parameters defined by the production manager, automatically organises and coordinates the instructions to be executed by the plant’s storage and cutting machines, and monitors their execution.
The production manager defines load priority criteria so that the system selects the sheets to be used in each case based on the following parameters: material age, emptying of racks, prioritisation of racks with different material types, and avoidance of interruptions during optimisation execution to remove separators between glass packs.
