TUROMAS is once again present at VETECO 2022, the leading European event for the window, façade, and solar protection sectors.
Now that in-person events are being held again, the TUROMAS team is proud to reconnect with friends from the glass industry at this trade fair, especially with those from the Spanish market.
TUROMAS will take this opportunity to present to visitors at Hall 10, Stand 10E18 its full range of machinery for storing, loading, and cutting monolithic and laminated glass, as well as its customized software and Industry 4.0 solutions.
New needs – New developments
Since the last edition of the fair, the need to offer higher-quality products with lower environmental impact has led glass suppliers to develop a wide variety of high-performance products.
The market in this sector is becoming increasingly demanding, and TUROMAS has continued working on improvement and development. For this reason, the company has created new machines capable of meeting automatic loading, cutting, and unloading needs while ensuring maximum productivity and automation in minimal space. It has also developed an edge deletion system capable of removing a wide range of coatings while managing the waste generated during the process. More glass volume, with a wider variety of coatings.
The industry is entering a new stage with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Large corporations are driving and reinforcing digital transformation processes. Digital infrastructures, interconnections, and automated production systems — key drivers of competitiveness — will also have a special focus at Veteco 2022.

New spaces – Greater production
To meet customer needs, the workspace has been expanded, allowing production capacity to increase and production flows to be optimized, maximizing process efficiency.
The launch of the TUROMAS Center for Innovation and Special Developments (CIDET) has provided the ideal place to conceive and develop TUROMAS Software, a new range of products based on Industry 4.0. These applications understand industrial processes through the data generated by the machines themselves.
