Advances and innovation
Visitors who came to the stand had the opportunity to explore in detail the complete range of standardized machinery for monolithic glass, laminated glass and intelligent storage systems, as well as the customized solutions offered by TUROMAS.
In particular, the event allowed the company to showcase the latest developments introduced over the past year, including the new 4-meter laminated glass cutting line LAM 405, along with new software features.

LAM 405
The LAM 405 is designed for companies seeking a versatile machine capable of delivering high-quality cutting for thicknesses from 2+2 to 10+10. With a compact design, it offers a useful cutting length of 4.7 m and a measuring system length of 3.3 m.
This machine is oriented towards manual positioning, providing operators with tools to achieve agility and efficiency in the process. Its powerful air flotation system, ball transfer bar and high-capacity unloading arms allow glass to be moved quickly and effortlessly.
Advanced software features such as layout editor, manual sequences, shape cutting assistant and process variations help save time depending on the cutting plan, ensuring both strong automatic performance and efficient handling of special cases.
TUROMAS integrates its innovative breaking and separation system in this range, reducing the cutting cycle time by 10 seconds and enabling breaking with slightly heated PVB to improve final results. Additionally, a special sequence allows cutting monolithic glass without processing piece by piece.
As with all TUROMAS models, the table performs edge deletion, cutting, breaking and separation with exceptional precision, even on laminated glass with high rigidity PVB, without ever touching the upper surface of the glass, thus preserving Low-E coatings.
