With two production centers located in Polígono Industrial Juncaril and Vegas del Genil, both in Granada, CVGLASS has a total facility area of 6,000 m². This solid infrastructure supports its production capacity and reinforces its commitment to quality and innovation.
Recently, CVGLASS invested in new TUROMAS cutting machines to meet the growing demand for glass. These machines stand out for their cutting precision, reliability, and close, efficient technical support. Their easy operation and low material breakage rate make them the ideal choice for CVGLASS’ needs.

We spoke with Francisco Díaz and Mariano Martín, managers of CVGlass, about their business, their goals, and the evolution of the Spanish market.
- What is CVGLASS?
CENTRAL VIDRIERA GRANADINA, S.L., commercially known as CVGLASS, is a historic company with a strong track record in the glass sector, born from the merger of three leading companies in the Granada area.
Our strong production capacity, technological resources, and the extensive experience of our team position us as a benchmark in the regional glass industry, continuously evolving to adapt to market demands.
Within our storage and glass processing activity, our main business is the manufacture of insulating glass units (double glazing) under the SGG CLIMALIT® brand, with a wide range of products designed to comply with current regulations.

- How did the need for new TUROMAS cutting machines arise?
Due to the continued demand in the market for standard laminated glass and coated laminated glass — the latter being increasingly used — our latest investment included two laminated glass cutting tables with edge deletion systems on each cutting bridge, as well as one monolithic glass cutting table with an automatic edge deletion system, all connected in line, allowing us to achieve improved workflow and performance.
- Which TUROMAS machine models have been installed?
The latest models added this year are LAM 505T, LAM 304, and RUBI 306TC. In addition, we also operate LAM 506SX, RUBI 506, an overhead loader, and more. In short, we have 2,000 m² of machinery, all from TUROMAS.

- Why are these machines the best fit for CVGLASS? What would you highlight about them?
First of all, because of the technical service — close, national, and reliable. Secondly, because of the range of models that adapt to our needs, and finally because of the trust and support built over so many years.
We would highlight their easy and intuitive operation, cutting precision, and low material breakage rate, as well as the reliability of the computer components.
