SERIE LAM 600

The system consists of four tilting arms that enable the glass to be loaded onto the table through a smooth and progressive motion, controlled by a segmented position and speed management system integrating an inclinometer, frequency inverter and hydraulic unit. The operator activates the tilting movement via the assigned push button.

Additionally, the arms feature retractable supports at their base, facilitating the unloading of the glass from the table to a clamp or other handling device. The maximum load capacity is 900 kg (1,984.16 lb).

TUROMAS cutting machines are designed to avoid contact with the upper surface of the glass, preserving the properties of the low-emissivity coating. Their high-performance edge deletion wheel maintains constant pressure to ensure precise and uniform removal of the Low-E coating, and is also self-sharpening.
An advanced extraction system removes process residues, ensuring clean and efficient operation.

TUROMAS has developed an advanced positioning and cutting system for straight and notched shapes in laminated safety glass. It consists of two mechanical stops that enable fast and precise positioning, eliminating the need for additional tools and reducing cutting time.

TUROMAS has developed a push-and-drag positioning system which, together with the measuring carriage and MCC belts, automates the entire sequence of glass loading, positioning, cutting and outfeed.
The cutting table incorporates automatic stops that precisely position the glass and retract after each operation to avoid interfering with subsequent processes.

The installation of an additional side lamp increases productivity: while the operator separates the already scored cut, the machine can score the next glass sheet. The lamp includes a controller to adjust the activation time and, once the operation is completed, it automatically retracts.
