Following recent global events surrounding the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, TUROMAS has implemented a series of strict measures to continue our operations normally and responsibly.

These measures are updated daily according to the current situation to preserve the health of our employees and ensure full service for customers worldwide. We are experiencing an absolutely extraordinary situation, and we understand that in difficult times like these, we must stand by our customers, guaranteeing the best service and the most personalized attention.

We have implemented an action protocol that includes preventive and operational measures. Among these is the suspension of any customer or supplier visits to our factory in Spain, as well as any visits by our sales or technical team to customer facilities, depending on the evolution of the pandemic. We know this may cause some disruption to established schedules, but we must appeal to common sense given the circumstances. At TUROMAS, we are clear that health is the top priority, as there is no economy without health.

We have implemented a teleworking system, limiting presence in our offices. Our staff is working as usual, whether in person at the offices or connected to our systems from their homes.

The spare parts and consumables shipping service continues to operate normally.

Standard customer service and after-sales hours will be Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00 GTM+1. Outside working hours, on Saturdays, and on holidays, the 24-hour after-sales service remains fully operational through the phone number +34 978 090 333.
